Addressing a Contamination and Static Charge Issue

An Atlanta-based company needed a solution to cleaning a substrate prior to rewinding on vertical rewind table. Since the substrate material was prone to static buildup, debris and contamination would cling to the surface of the material. PolymagTek designed and built an innovative cleaner mounted on the rewind table. Static elimination bars on both the entry and exit of the cleaner helped loosen the bond of the contamination prior to cleaning and knock down the static change after cleaning.

The results:
