Silicone Coater Oscillating Web Cleaners
History
In adhesive label manufacturing, loose surface contamination on the paper or film label and liner substrates routinely causes several Product and Process Problems.
Problem
Loose starch flakes from super calandered paper and other forms of loose contamination on paper or film webs often comes off the the release liner after silicone coating. This results in label tears or labeler jams when raw paper or film is exposed to the label adhesive. Contamination also creates dimples or surface irregularities inthe labels because of the trapped particles laminated between the liner and label.
Solution
