4 Roll Narrow Vertical Web Cleaner

Polymag's® Custom 4 Roll Narrow “Vertical” Web Cleaner System” can clean webs to 60” wide; of any composition; thickness range of .001” to .060”; and web speeds up to 500 fpm. It is specifically designed for vertical webs. It is of similar design as Polymag's® popular “Horizontal” 4 Roll Narrow Web Cleaner (4RNWC-IIA). The adhesive tape contamination collection rolls continuously clean the Polymag® Blue Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR's). The tape rolls are mounted on dead shafts with the bearings mounted in the tape gudgeons for quick and simple tape top layer and roll changes. Simple robust design and construction provides years of reliable trouble free service.

Optional Cleaner features:

Air Cylinders (2) and Control Interface to lift all rolls off web and each other when web is stopped.

Patented Oscillation of the tape and/or “CCR's” (Contact Cleaning Rolls). Oscillation increases the cleaning efficiency and life of the adhesive tape. The consumable adhesive tape life can be extended 5 to 20 times.
