Basic 2 Roll Cleaner

Polymag Tek's basic 2 roll sheet cleaner eliminates particle contamination that affects product quality.

In your industry, particulate contamination on the surface of film, paper, or other substrate lowers the quality of your product, causing waste and costing you money.

The Polymag Tek Sheet Cleaner utilizes our Contact Cleaning Roll (CCR) technology to remove contamination from sheets of film or paper.

Our CCR is a roll covered with our Polymag® Blue proprietary polymer which picks off the contamination with its tacky surface.

The Sheet Cleaner uses two CCRs mounted to a sheet feeding assembly. Loose contamination is transferred from the sheet to the surface of the CCRs.

The assembly easily pivots open for hand cleaning when the CCRs are saturated.

A small variable speed motor drives the CCRs which allows the Polymag Tek Sheet Cleaner to be used as a stand alone cleaner or to be retrofitted to your existing operation.
