Manual 3 Roll Film Strip/Sheet or Part Cleaner
The Polymag® Narrow Web Cleaner is designed to remove manually loose particulate contamination from a sheet, strip of web or flat part.
The Polymag® Blue Contact Cleaning Roll (CCR) contacts two sides of the substrate as it transports through the cleaner. Surface contamination is transferred from the substrate to the polymeric covered CCRS. The CCR is continuously cleaned with one top Adhesive Tape Roll.
The cleaner is manually driven or turned by the operator.
The contamination from the web collects on the surface of the Tape Roll. When the Tape roll become saturated, a layer of tape can be removed. Each tape roll contains 66 feet of adhesive tape. Approximately one foot of tape is used per tape change.
