Polymag Tek's Process Cleaners have easy access and are easily maintained. Changing the cloth or contact cleaning roll is fast and simple.

Process rolls, like steel calender rolls, laminating rolls or backing rolls that get contaminated from the process, product, or by airborne contamination can be cleaned by one of many Polymag Tek Process Roll Cleaners.

A laminating roll cleaner, calender roll cleaner, chill roll cleaner or backing roll cleaner are a few examples of roll cleaners that are custom designed and manufactured by Polymag®.

Process roll cleaners developed by Polymag® use either the contact cleaning roll technology for dry loose surface contamination or scrubbing contact devices to mechanically loosen and remove contamination without process roll damages.

Polymag contact cleaning rolls or tacky rolls are used for loose contamination. The CCR functions like in a web cleaner or sheet cleaner.

Roll cleaning can also be accomplished by other methods. Liquids can also be removed from process rolls such as chill roll.

The Polymag® Chill Roll Cleaner removes condensate from chill rolls to improve heat transfer, decrease product damage due to the condensate, and allow the process to run faster.
